Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Relaykeeper handles information. Relaykeeper is a single-player iOS puzzle game. The game does not require an account and does not use cloud saves, online leaderboards or in-app purchases.

No Account Required

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or payment details.

Local Progress

Level progress, stars and settings are stored on your device.

Ads and Security

Advertising and anti-fraud SDKs may process device and usage signals as described below.

Information We Collect Directly

Relaykeeper does not require account registration and does not directly collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos or payment information.

Local Game Data

The game may store gameplay data locally on your device, including unlocked levels, completed levels, star ratings, audio settings, developer/debug flags and similar preferences. This data is used to provide the game experience and is not sent to us by the game save system.

Advertising

Relaykeeper may show ads after gameplay. The first four levels do not show ads. From later levels, ads may be requested after completed gameplay sessions.

The app requests advertising configuration from our server using the app bundle identifier. Advertising SDKs are initialized only when our configuration service returns valid parameters for that platform. If a platform is not configured, that platform is not initialized, does not request ads and is not used for ad display.

Advertising Partners

Relaykeeper includes support for these advertising SDKs. Depending on server configuration and ad availability, one or more of them may be used:

Yandex Mobile Ads
Vungle / Liftoff
InMobi

These partners may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from network information, app information, ad impressions, ad clicks, ad views, crash or diagnostic signals, and fraud-prevention signals. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies.

App Tracking Transparency and Advertising Identifier

On iOS, Relaykeeper uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before requesting access to the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). If you allow tracking, advertising partners may use the IDFA to deliver relevant ads, measure ad performance and help prevent ad fraud. If you do not allow tracking, the app will not receive the IDFA, but ads may still be shown using non-tracking or contextual signals where available.

Security and Anti-Fraud

Relaykeeper uses a security SDK to help protect the app and advertising flow from fraud, tampering and abuse. The security SDK is initialized when the app starts. It uses the app bundle identifier and a device vendor identifier (IDFV) as part of its security and anti-fraud operation.

Ad Configuration Service

The app may contact our ad configuration endpoint to determine which ad platforms are enabled for the current app bundle. Server logs may include technical information such as IP address, request time, bundle identifier and basic request metadata. This information is used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the ad configuration service.

Children's Privacy

Relaykeeper is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Data Retention

Local game data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear the app data through the operating system. Advertising, security and server log data may be retained by us or our service providers for operation, measurement, fraud prevention, legal compliance and troubleshooting, according to each provider's retention practices.

Your Choices

You can allow or deny tracking when iOS shows the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
You can change tracking permission later in iOS Settings.
You can delete local game progress by deleting the app from your device.

Third-Party Services

Third-party SDKs may update their practices over time. Please review their policies for the most current details.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, advertising setup, security tools or legal requirements change. The updated version will be identified by a new effective date.
